This Return & Refund Policy applies to eligible purchases made directly through www.dentalrituals.com.
1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Subject to the conditions below, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery of your order.
Because Dental Rituals products include dietary supplements and other ingestible products, we can generally accept returns only if the product is:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Still sealed with its original safety seal intact, where applicable
- In a condition suitable for resale
For health, hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, opened or used dietary supplements are generally not eligible for return, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please provide:
- Your name
- Order number
- Product being returned
- Reason for the return
If the return is eligible, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send products back without first contacting us.
3. RETURN SHIPPING
For eligible returns based on a change of mind or other reason not caused by Dental Rituals LLC, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for voluntary returns, except where required by applicable law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Missing from your order

Where appropriate, we may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, or other information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.
If we confirm that the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you as required by applicable law.
5. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Unless required otherwise by applicable law, we generally cannot accept returns of:
- Opened dietary supplements
- Used products
- Products with broken or removed safety seals
- Products not in their original packaging
- Products damaged after delivery through improper storage or handling
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Products purchased from third-party retailers or marketplaces
This policy does not limit any rights you may have with respect to defective, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied products.
6. REFUNDS
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Where applicable law requires a different or faster refund procedure, we will comply with that requirement.
7. SHIPPING-RELATED CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If Dental Rituals LLC is unable to ship an order within the timeframe promised to you, we will comply with applicable U.S. requirements concerning delayed online orders.
Where required, you will have the opportunity to agree to a revised shipping date or cancel the affected order and receive a refund.
If we determine that an order cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel the order and issue the appropriate refund.
8. EXCHANGES
We do not guarantee direct product exchanges.
Where appropriate, we may process an eligible return and ask you to place a new order for the desired product.
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products will be handled separately as described above.
9. PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH AMAZON OR OTHER RETAILERS
This Return & Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly through www.dentalrituals.com.
Products purchased through Amazon or another third-party retailer or marketplace are generally subject to that retailerβs applicable return and refund procedures.
Please contact the retailer through which you made your purchase.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. CURRENCY
All purchases through our U.S. online store are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise.
Refunds are issued based on the amount charged for the eligible purchase, subject to this Policy and applicable law.
Dental Rituals LLC is not responsible for currency conversion charges or foreign transaction fees imposed independently by a customerβs bank or payment provider.
